- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales and services
- Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and services programs.
- Train, direct and supervise sales staff.
- Reviewing market analyses and determines customer needs, sales volume potential
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Bessiness / Marketing ( Male/Female)
- 3 or 5 years experience as a marketing manager or sales manager
- Sales exerience in hotel business in beneficial
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Skill in other languages skills is an advantage ( Chinese)
- Excellent computer skills and internet literate
- Excellent interpersonal & appropriate negotiation skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
