• Access the implementation of Amret’s general strategy.
• Elaborate strategic proposals to the General Manager.
• Analyze monthly reports, accounts and data provided by Amret.
• Monitor indicators, evolution of the portfolio and credit products and competition.
• Underline trend, unfavorable situation, and risk associated.
• Set up annual budget and financial projection with Finance Manager and other Department Heads.
• Work out financial studies and project evaluation on behalf of Management.
• Prepare proposal to improve reporting system or other data produced by MIS.
Job Requirements
Technical qualification
• MBA in Business Management or equivalent.
• Good understanding of business management, finance and accounting.
• Capacity to work on strategic and policy issues.
• Fluency with both written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy (word, Excel, Internet, and Power Point).
Personality qualification
• Be curious and rigorous mind, and challenging.
• Honest, hard working, healthy, high responsibilities.
• Strongly willing to work in provinces or rural area.

Remunerations
