Job Responsibles

• Develop HR strategic planning to ensure effective HR management & leadership
• Participate in developing strategic work/business plan with management team
• Improve & follow up personnel policies to ensure high HR practices and employee satisfaction
• Improve and develop competitive compensation and benefit packet scheme; communicate to management team and board of directors
• Enrich & enforces personnel recruitment, employer branding, talent management, personnel management, and performance management.
• Manage administrative functions such as general admin, procurement, security, sanitary, fixed asset investment, and organize yearly seminars.

Job Requirements

Technical qualification
• MBA in management or equivalent.
• At least 3-year experience in human resource management and administration.
• Knowledgeable in Microfinance or banking activities
• Fluency with both written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy (word, Excel, Internet, and Power Point).

Personality qualification
• Excellent interpersonal skill, highly emotional stability, pleasant, and dynamic.
• Be honest, hard work, patient, health, and high commitment.
• Willing to work at rural areas & to accept high responsibility.

Remunerations
