· To plan, manage, coordinate and control the daily operational tasks to ensure cost-effective procurement and adequate supply of equipment and necessities.
· To handle and maintain an efficient purchasing database and suppliers’ checklist to support on time deliveries and avoid out-of-stock inventories.
· To continually monitor the price movement of the equipments and to ensure due compliance of company policies and procedures of the department.
· To continually upgrade and enhance the purchasing and monitoring of stocks/deliveries.
· Source, monitor and control delivery performances of supplier.
· Manager suppliers to ensure fair dealing to achieve company’s objectives on quality cost delivery, response service and support.
Job Requirements
- Age: 20~35 years old
- University degree in the related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Preferable junior executive specializing in purchasing/inventory/material & warehouse management and equivalent.
- Good knowledge of English and Vietnamese communication, and must understand, speak, write and read Khmer fluently.
- Honest and hard working.
